Prince William County, Virginia, has extended the deadline for landowners and potential purchasers to submit requests for amendments to the county’s Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designations until May 12, 2021.

This unique process can be a highly effective tool to reposition property to reflect quickly evolving market trends and support different density and uses in related land use processes. This extension also logically relates to a number of similar Prince William County initiatives aimed at fostering economic development opportunities and attracting targeted industries.
