McGuireWoods invites you to an Independent Sponsors of New York virtual roundtable. Consistent with past regional networking events, we seek to offer a trusted environment for independent sponsors to discuss topics related to independent sponsor transactions, including the pandemic’s impact on investment activity and leveraging the knowledge of the community during this ongoing crisis. Our guest speaker will be John Kim, senior principal with New State Capital Partners.
This group is open to solo independent sponsors and founders or partners of private equity firms that raise capital through the independent sponsor model.
