Chicago office managing partner Amy Manning was a presenter during the annual RR Donnelley SEC Hot Topics Institute held in Chicago on Nov. 29. In “M&A Global Compliance Risks – From A to SEC,” she participated in a role play exercise regarding global antitrust and other compliance risks where the panelists represented a hypothetical potential acquirer who is looking at a company under investigation by the Antitrust Division and other jurisdictions for cartel activity.
