Partner Amy Manning recently was on a panel with John Terzaken, director of criminal enforcement for the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, and Ray Hartwell of Hunton & Williams at the International Cartel Workshop presented by the American Bar Association Antitrust Law and The International Bar Association. Their demonstration, titled “Negotiating a Plea Agreement in the U.S.,” depicted the negotiation of the plea agreement of a high level executive.
