Partners Bryan A. Fratkin and Ava E. Lias-Booker participated in the Consumer Finance Class Actions & Litigation conference hosted by the American Conference Institute. The agenda included strategies for in-house and outside counsel on navigating class actions, litigation, and government enforcement actions in the consumer finance industry.
Ava served as a moderator for a panel discussion on “In-House Viewpoints” and Bryan spoke on the program, “Debt Collection and Credit Reporting Litigation and Enforcement Actions.”
