McGuireWoods Partners Laura Marshall and Brandi Howard will be speaking at the 69th Annual Natural Resources and Energy Law Institute on the topic “And Then Came the Regulators – Understanding the Unique Role of In-House Counsel in Managing Cybersecurity Risk.”
The Institute this year features over 60 speakers from academia, industry, private practice, government, and other organizations. It opens with a General Session on Thursday morning, followed by separate sections on Oil & Gas and Landman’s Issues, Renewable Energy and Electricity, Mining, Public Lands and Indian Law, Environmental Law, International Law, Water Law, and Corporate Counsel Issues.
