Partner Todd Mullins moderated “General Session 1: Remaking the Energy Landscape Through Executive Order: A Primer and Policy/Legal Discussion.” Additionally, partner David Martin Connelly, president of the Foundation of the Energy Law Journal (FELJ), provided remarks at the Administrative Law Judges reception.
