Partner Dennis I. Belcher was mentioned by National Underwriter in its April 3 article “Witnesses Continue Estate Tax Battle.” Belcher, who testified on his own behalf during a Senate hearing on estate taxes, said taxpayers can plan more effectively if they know what the law will be in the future.
