An article in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, "Law
firm offers to produce wills for clergy at no cost" (February 7, 2009),
discussed our Atlanta office's new
pro bono effort to prepare
basic wills or advanced directives for local clergy who cannot afford these
services. Managing partner Bill Marianes was quoted as saying: "A core value of
McGuire Woods is the privilege to give back to our community, and we believe
this effort is a perfect way to help those who give us so much of themselves."
