TrustLaw Interviews Vivian Robinson on Last Day at SFO

An interview with Vivian Robinson, QC, on his last day as first General Counsel at the U.K. Serious Fraud Office – just prior to him joining McGuireWoods in London as a partner in the Government, Regulatory and Criminal Investigations practice – was published on Thomson Reuter’s TrustLaw on Aug. 4. In the interview, he talks about the U.K. Bribery Act, third party due diligence, the benefits of self-reporting and “the one thing that you don’t tell judges.”
