Washington Partner Doug Foley was quoted in a story published in the Detroit Free Press on Sept. 18 titled “Detroit residents gearing up to voice objections to Detroit’s bankruptcy.” In it, he praises U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes’ decision to hold a public hearing that allows retirees and residents of the city of Detroit to voice their opposition to the city’s bankruptcy case.
