Law360 Spotlights the Arrival of Top Labor Attorney William Doyle to McGuireWoods

Law360 features a story about the arrival at McGuireWoods of partner William Doyle, a former deputy director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) who joined the firm’s Labor and Employment Department on Aug. 17.

The Aug. 19 story chronicles Doyle’s career as a top federal compliance enforcer, highlighting his handling of OFCCP-related compliance issues for federal contractors.

“It’s one of the few firms that has substantial experience litigating with the OFCCP,” Law360 quoted Doyle as saying. “It has one of the top OFCCP practices in the country and has already made the proper investments in the practice.”
