The article highlighted See’s goal of shortening regulatory delays to help build gas and electric grid infrastructure in a timely way. See said she has been “focusing on how we can make sure we are doing our job well on the front end – looking at all the information in the record and how we can speed up that process but keeping the tension right between thoroughness and speed.”
Connelly, a nationally recognized energy regulatory lawyer, represents electric utilities and other industry clients before FERC and U.S. Courts of Appeals. He is currently president of the Foundation of the Energy Law Journal, a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization that oversees the funding, publication and business operations of the Energy Law Journal.
