Rebecca Levinson, counsel in McGuireWoods’ IP Litigation & Transactions Department in
Washington, D.C., will join client Arm Inc. as senior IP counsel on Oct.
26, 2020. In her new role, she will manage patent prosecution and support
Arm’s business and litigation needs.
Levinson, a registered patent attorney, counsels clients on intellectual
property, data privacy and cybersecurity matters. Her litigation experience
covers a range of technologies, including microprocessors, graphics
processors, semiconductor devices and digital imaging. For nearly a decade,
she also has represented clients in International Trade Commission
investigations. Prior to joining McGuireWoods, she served as an
attorney-adviser in the ITC’s Office of the Administrative Law Judges.
