McGuireWoods partners Geoffrey Cockrell and Amber Walsh have been named to Crain’s Chicago Business’2022 Notable Gen X Leaders in Accounting, Consulting & Law. Cockrell, leader of McGuireWoods’ private equity practice and a member of the board of partners, focuses on healthcare provider services transactions, helping make McGuireWoods a dominant player in middle-market deals.
