Aaron is a member of the firm’s financial services litigation team. Before joining McGuireWoods, Aaron was an associate at a New York law firm where he primarily practiced financial services and commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
Prior to his time in New York, Aaron served as a law clerk for Judge Edward E. Carnes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Judge Annemarie Carney Axon for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Aaron received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and his law degree from the University of Alabama, where he graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, Aaron served as an articles editor and managing board member of the Alabama Law Review.

- Pro bono representation of a former inmate in her civil rights litigation arising from mistreatment during her labor and delivery while incarcerated.
