Will focuses his practice on representing agents, lenders and borrowers in variety of financing structures, including syndicated and bilateral transactions, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, cash-flow loans, domestic and cross-border transactions, unitranche financing, first-lien/second-lien transactions and other secured and unsecured transactions.

As a law student at Emory University School of Law, Will held legal externships for the Coca-Cola Company and the Securities and Exchange Commission (Atlanta Regional Office), and served as executive managing editor of the Emory Law Journal.
