Jonathan has assisted clients with critical antitrust matters including civil litigation brought by individual and class plaintiffs, merger review and litigation, and criminal investigations involving the Department of Justice. His clients come from a diverse set of industries including construction materials, wireless networking, higher education, and college athletics.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Jonathan practiced antitrust law at an international law firm and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Claude M. Hilton of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. In law school, Jonathan was co-director of the moot court team and served as an article editor for the Berkeley Technology and Law Journal.
