Katherine (“Katie”) Craig focuses her practice on representing financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, including leveraged finance syndications, bilateral and corporate credit facilities, and debt finance transactions. She regularly supports banking and finance clients in structuring and documenting secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Katie works across a range of industries, including environmental, healthcare, consumer staples and beverage, and industrials. She has experience supporting both sponsor-backed and direct-lender transactions involving a wide range of financing structures.
Katie earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as executive editor of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree from Davidson College, graduating cum laude with a B.A. in English.
