Laura’s practice focuses on document discovery. She manages the discovery portion of large scale litigation and regulatory inquiries for financial institutions and other large corporate clients. She manages all aspects of the discovery process, including coordination of document preservation, collection, review, production and trial preparation.
She regularly coordinates and manages document reviews involving hundreds of custodians and millions of documents. She has extensive experience with multiple document review platforms including Relativity, Introspect, Discovery Mining (now part of Autonomy), Attenex, Kroll Ontrack, Summation, Concordance and Applied Discovery.
As part of her e-discovery practice, Laura evaluates her clients’ data-management systems and databases. She conducts collection interviews of document custodians and database administrators. Her experience allows her to formulate effective and cost-efficient discovery strategies for her corporate clients.
