Madelyn focuses her practice on representing agents and lenders in a variety of financing structures, including acquisition financing, corporate lending matters, asset-based lending, debt finance, leveraged finance, and syndicated finance transactions.
Madelyn earned her J.D. with High Honors from Emory University School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as executive articles editor of the Emory International Law Review. She also earned Emory‘s Transactional Law Certificate. Madelyn received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Georgia College & State University and was named the Outstanding Political Science Graduate.
