Madelyn is an associate in the debt finance practice group and focuses her practice on representing agents and lenders in a variety of financing structures, including acquisition financing, corporate lending matters, asset-based lending, leveraged finance, and syndicated finance transactions.
Madelyn received her JD from Emory University School of Law with High Honors and graduated Order of the Coif. Her coursework at Emory Law focused on transactional law, and she was a recipient of Emory Law’s Transactional Law Certificate. While at Emory Law, Madelyn also served as executive articles editor of the Emory International Law Review. Madelyn graduated in 2021 summa cum laude from Georgia College and State University with a BA in political science and received the Outstanding Political Science Graduate award.
