Janelle is an associate in the business tax group of McGuireWoods. Her practice focuses on a broad range of transactional tax matters, including mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings, with a particular focus on taxable and tax-free reorganizations, spin-offs, liquidations and redemptions, and cross-border restructuring transactions.
She also has experience with corporate, partnership, and international tax planning.
