Reilly focuses her practice on private equity and corporate transactional matters, and represents private equity funds, independent sponsors, and emerging managers.
Prior to joining the firm full time, Reilly was a summer associate in the Dallas office of McGuireWoods.
Reilly earned her JD from Washington & Lee University School of Law where she served on the Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice and worked as a student attorney in the Immigrant Rights Clinic.
