Jason is an accomplished deal maker with experience representing private equity funds, other institutional investors, family offices and strategic acquirers in connection with mergers and acquisitions, divestures, joint ventures, minority investments, restructurings and other day-to-day general corporate matters.

Jason handles transactions across industries, including healthcare, life sciences, logistics, consumer products and retail, and manufacturing. He serves as a collaborative strategic partner to his clients and often acts as outside general counsel.

Jason also is committed to pro bono. He represented several social ventures and nonprofit organizations in connection with their formation and ongoing activities. He helps first responders prepare wills and related powers of attorney. And he successfully represented a man seeking asylum in the United States after fleeing political persecution in his home country.

  • Representation of Sherburne Partners, a private investment firm based in New York City, in its investment in Digital Color Concepts, a manufacturer of folding carton packaging and a leading provider of premium commercial print services.
  • Representation of Platt Park Capital, a Denver-based private equity firm, in its investment in Hiatus Spa + Retreat, a Texas-based multi-unit wellness and medical spa business with multiple locations.
  • Representation of Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo), a health care solutions company that focuses on musculoskeletal practices, health systems and clinically integrated care networks and a portfolio company of Audax Group, on numerous matters, including in its add-on acquisition of Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, one of the largest and most recognized hand and upper extremity-focused musculoskeletal (MSK) practices in the country.
  • Representation of Timoneer Strategic Partners, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles and Charlotte, in its acquisition of a majority ownership stake in Solid Restoration, LLC, a leading restoration service provider focused on insurance-based residential and commercial water and fire damage mitigation, restoration and repair, mold remediation, and other related services.
  • Representation of Reliable Medical Supply, a provider of complex rehabilitation and other specialized durable medical equipment and supplies and a portfolio company of Seven Hills Partners, in connection with
    • Multiple add on transactions, including Capstone Medical Partners, a supplier of medical equipment based on Washington state, and Orbit Medical, one of the largest providers of durable medical equipment in the Midwest
