Rian is a conflicts attorney in the firm’s Office of the General Counsel. As conflicts attorney, Rian provides in-house counsel to lawyers on matters related to risk management, professional responsibility and legal ethics.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Rian served as a law clerk for the Family Court of the State of Delaware.
