He has significant experience acting for corporates and individuals in commercial, competition and financial services disputes as well as public inquiries and corporate investigations.
Experience
- Representing a vehicle manufacturer and its authorised dealers in their defence of group litigation claims relating to NOx emissions in diesel vehicles.
- Represented a corporate employer bringing contractual and conspiracy “team move” claims against former employees and a competitor in the High Court, King’s Bench Division.*
- Advised a corporate client in relation to its participation in a highly-publicised statutory public inquiry.*
- Acted for corporate and individual clients bringing a high-value professional negligence claim in the Commercial Court.*
- Represented a vehicle manufacturer defending multiple competition follow-on damages claims brought before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.*
- Represented various investment vehicles defending fraudulent misrepresentation claims brought by a number of former investors in the Business List of the Chancery Division.*
- Acted for major financial institutions conducting internal and regulatory investigations.*
