Nick focuses on advising employers on the full spectrum of employee benefit and executive compensation matters arising under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
Nick received both his undergrad degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas and a LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. During law school, Nick served as the University of Arkansas School of Law’s Inaugural Ron and Cassondra LeMay Business Law Fellow, where he worked alongside law school faculty and administration to bolster participation and interest in the school’s business law program. He also received the Craig Sterne Memorial Award recognized Nick as the top graduating student in the area of estate planning and taxation. Following law school, Nick attended Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he served as an editor for The Tax Lawyer, the American Bar Association’s peer-reviewed tax law journal.
