Jake focuses his practice on securities and other corporate matters.

Jake has experience representing U.S. and non-U.S. issuers and financial institutions in capital markets transactions and other general corporate matters, including initial public offerings, at-the-market programs and tender offers. He also advises public companies in connection with periodic and annual reporting requirements, stock exchange rules, and board and committee matters.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Jake practiced corporate and securities law in the New York City office of a large international law firm.
