Nick focuses his practice on commercial litigation, contractual disputes, and financial services litigation. He collaborates with clients to develop strategies to protect their business and brand in highly complex matters.

After graduating third in his class from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Nick clerked for the Honorable Kevin F. Arthur on the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.

During law school, Nick was recognized as a Royal G. Shannonhouse III Honor Society distinguished scholar and was the publications editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review. Nick also competed on the National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team. Additionally, Nick served as a law scholar for Criminal Law, Contracts II, and Constitutional Law, a teaching assistant for Introduction to Lawyering Skills, and a writing fellow in the Legal Writing Center.
