Amber Lowery is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office who focuses on white collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement defense, and internal investigations. She advises Fortune 500 and multinational clients on government investigations involving fraud, corruption, financial misconduct, and other sensitive compliance matters. She also counsels clients on regulatory compliance and responding to government inquiries from agencies including the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission.

Before joining the firm, Amber served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. During her clerkship, she drafted opinions and orders in civil and criminal matters involving complex issues of corporate law, constitutional law, federal procedure, and statutory interpretation.

During law school, Amber served as editor-in-chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender.
