Kristin focuses her practice on commercial real estate, handling a full range of multimillion-dollar commercial real estate transactions, as well as renewable energy projects.
Kristin regularly represents REITS, private equity and investment firms, developers, and entrepreneurial clients in all stages of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and related financings. She also has experience representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial and industrial leases in shopping centers, business parks and retail developments. In addition, her experience includes drafting and negotiating all operative documents for acquisitions and dispositions, including property management agreements and development documents, as well as due diligence analysis and complex title and survey review.
On renewable energy projects, Kristin assists clients in real estate facets of those transactions, including early stage development, project acquisition, project construction financing and investments, and dispositions.
Kristin has previously practiced and represented clients in all phases of their real estate needs in the Chicago market.
