James focuses his practice on mortgage and financial services litigation. He also has experience representing clients in general business litigation and regulatory investigations before the OCC, CFPB, HUD, and EEOC.
While earning his degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, James was an active member of the Pro Bono Project, serving as project coordinator of the Know Your Rights project and was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy.
