Kiran focuses her practice on the healthcare industry, advising clients on transactional matters, mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and healthcare regulatory compliance matters.
Kiran received her law degree from Duke University School of Law, where she served as president of the Transactional Law Competition Society and on the board of the South Asian Law Students Association. Prior to law school, Kiran earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Washington, where she graduated with Interdisciplinary Honors.
