Stephanie practices within the firm’s healthcare department and focuses her practice on healthcare transactional work, representing a wide range of healthcare providers and private equity sponsors in healthcare transactions and corporate and compliance matters.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Stephanie practiced as a healthcare associate for another international law firm in its Boston, Massachusetts office. While in law school, Stephanie also served as a healthcare law fellow at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
As a law student, Stephanie served as the president of the Health Law Association at Boston University School of Law, and as the Executive Editor of the Boston University Law Review.
