Greg focuses his practice on corporate and private equity transactions.

He represents private equity funds, institutional investors, independent sponsors, emerging managers, and privately held companies across various industries in a broad range of transactional and corporate matters.

Greg received his law degree from William & Mary Law School. While there, he served as articles editor for the William and Mary Law Review.

Prior to law school, Greg worked for a serious injury and civil rights law firm in Austin, Texas.
