Rebekah is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice, where she represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in California state and federal courts, as well as FINRA proceedings. Her practice focuses on securities litigation, including investor and industry disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Rebekah represented clients in complex commercial litigation in California state and federal courts and in FINRA proceedings, with a focus on securities disputes. She drafted and argued key pretrial motions, including motions to dismiss and to compel arbitration, prepared trial-related filings, and collaborated on litigation strategy, witness preparation, and post-trial advocacy.

Earlier in her career, Rebekah served as a law clerk at a civil litigation firm in the Los Angeles area, assisting with the preparation and defense of personal injury claims. Before law school, she was an AmeriCorps member at the Superior Court of Arizona Law Library, where she supported self-represented litigants in probate, family, civil, and criminal matters and assisted individuals seeking protective orders.
