  • Falfurrias Capital Partners in its sale of Sauer Brands, a provider of condiments and seasoning brands such as Duke’s Mayonnaise, to private equity investor Advent International;
  • Healthcare investment management firm in its formation of an integrated technology infrastructure solutions provider for elderly care programs, in a transaction for the recapitalization of a provider of PACE electronic health records and financial services third-party administrator solutions, as well as in the acquisition of technologies from a national medication management and pharmacy care provider;
  • Summit Park in its acquisition of Thrust Flight, a Texas flight training school, involving leveraged buyout matters, independent sponsor negotiations, Federal Aviation Administration and education law matters, and aircraft acquisition;
  • Growth-oriented private equity firm in its acquisition of a provider serving broadband fiber and internet operators in suburban and rural areas; and
