Alice is an associate in the firm's Business and Securities Litigation department. She works on a diverse range of disputes, mostly in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
She has represented a variety of clients, individual, corporate, domestic and international, in contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and professional liability claims.
Alice is also part of the firm's data privacy and security department. She advises multinational clients on a wide range of data privacy issues including GDPR compliance, E-Privacy laws, international data transfers, data privacy audits and data subject rights. She holds the CIPP/E certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Alice trained at a national law firm, undertaking seats in its Corporate and Employment teams as well as Dispute Resolution. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2014 and joined McGuireWoods’ London office in May 2016.
Represented members of the Saudi Arabian Royal Family in a £180 million unfair prejudice dispute in the Companies Court.

Advised a corporate property owner (with a portfolio worth around £450 million) in relation to an ongoing dispute with its property management company. This included applying to court on behalf of the property owner for a specific performance injunction against the management company.
Represented 65 claimants in a group claim for professional negligence against their former solicitors.
Advising a corporate client in relation to recovering a substantial debt from a company based in the British Virgin Islands.
Data Privacy and SecurityAdvising a global nonprofit organization, a UK investment company and a U.S. based Chemical Corporation in relation to GDPR compliance.
