Greg Belinfanti joined One Equity Partners in 2006, when it served as the merchant banking arm of JPMorgan. Recently, he was named president of the firm.
Since joining One Equity Partners, Belinfanti has taken the lead on many of its healthcare transactions and worked on other investments in the business services and industrial sectors. In addition, he has served on the boards of several of One Equity Partners’ portfolio companies. As firm president, Belinfanti succeeds One Equity Partners founder Dick Cashin, who will continue to serve as chairman of the firm.
One Equity Partners, headquartered in New York City and Chicago, is a middle market private investment firm focused on leveraged buyout and growth capital investments in the industrial, healthcare and technology sectors in North America and Europe. The firm has completed more than 300 transactions since its founding in 2001 and has over $10 billion in assets under management.
