Charlotte associate Jasmine Gardner will represent McGuireWoods in the next installment of Community Building Initiative’s Leaders Under 40 (LU40) program, “a leadership development program that convenes and supports a diverse, cross-sector group of emerging community leaders.” Jasmine will learn skills to work more intentionally and effectively for an inclusive and equitable community.
The diverse group of individuals selected for LU40 represent the public, nonprofit and for-profit sectors of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community. Founded in 1997, Community Building Initiative is a Charlotte nonprofit with the stated mission “to intensify the commitment and increase the capacity of individuals and organizations to achieve inclusion and equity in our community.”
