Katy Johnson leads the American Benefits Council, an employee benefits trade association representing more than 220 of the world’s largest corporations. Prior to joining the Council in 2019, she served in key policy roles at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service, where she helped develop guidance related to employer-sponsored health plans under the Affordable
Care Act.
