Partner Trent Taylor recently appeared as a guest speaker at the Energy Issues Summit in St. Cloud, Minnesota, hosted by the Minnesota Rural Electric Association. Taylor’s presentation focused on carbon emissions litigation, with a focus on recent public nuisance cases such as American Electric Power Co. Inc. v. Connecticut and North Carolina v. Tennessee Valley Authority. Approximately 250 energy industry professional attended the conference.
