Global Competition Review wrote a March 30 article about an American Bar Association Antitrust Section panel moderated by Brussels partner Matthew Hall.
The March 29 panel was part of the section’s spring meeting held in Washington, D.C. The panel discussed the likely impact of Brexit on EU, UK and worldwide antitrust law practice and enforcement. Topics covered included merger control, private litigation and EU state aid, as well as issues relating to cartel and general competition law enforcement and counseling.
Hall, vice chair of the Antitrust Section’s International Committee, also presented an article titled “Practical Competition/Antitrust Law Issues and Brexit.”
