McGuireWoods Baltimore partner Ava Lias-Booker — chair of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and a member of the Associates Committee — will speak on an Oct. 6, 2020, National Bar Association Young Lawyers Division (NBA YLD) panel discussing “Pathways to Partnership.” McGuireWoods Washington, D.C., associate Wendy Wright will moderate the panel discussion.
The panel is the first in an NBA YLD two-part series and offers insights from successful Black female partners practicing at Am Law 100 firms on how lawyers can achieve their goal of becoming law firm partners. The program is presented by the NBA YLD’s Professional Development Committee.
