Rosen represents financial institutions, debt funds, private equity firms, family offices and sponsored and non-sponsored borrowers in debt finance transactions, including acquisition financings, middle-market debt financings, asset-based lending, cash flow-based debt financings and annual recurring revenue-based financings. He works with the firm’s debt finance and private equity teams and its emerging manager and independent sponsor programs.
Law360 noted that Rosen was the fourth partner to join McGuireWoods’ debt finance practice this year, following the arrivals of Jon Mooney in Pittsburgh, Alan Holliday in London and Jeff Goldfarb in New York.
