Ryan, an accomplished corporate lawyer and in-house counsel for two Fortune 500 technology companies, has nearly three decades of experience negotiating and managing commercial and technology agreements, including outsourcing arrangements, supply chain contracts, and data privacy and security agreements. She joined McGuireWoods after serving as a director at NetApp Inc.
Ryan told Law360 in its April 18, 2024, story that the opportunity to help McGuireWoods’ clients with their outsourcing and transactional needs excites her.
“I knew some of the attorneys here on a personal basis, and I knew the reputation of the firm as a world-class firm,” Ryan said. “They are exceptionally qualified attorneys — a really smart group of people and thoughtful. I decided that this would be a real growth opportunity for me.”
