Nancy regularly negotiates and manages a variety of strategic technology transactions including those related to software-as-a-service, infrastructure-as-a-service, hardware, software licensing, consulting services, support services, managed services, data privacy and information security. Nancy’s practice has particularly focused on addressing issues pertaining to cyber security, privacy, Graham-Leach-Bliley Act compliance, HIPAA compliance, termination assistance, enterprise software licensing, intellectual property ownership and indemnification. She has closed numerous complex contracts involving large global strategic, enterprise and mid-size companies from a variety of industries—including financial institutions, healthcare, pharmaceutical companies, media, and oil and gas.
