In the Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation’s (LPC) recently released 2011 U.S. Lender Law Firm League Table rankings, McGuireWoods ranked seventh in overall dollar volume and fifth in number of deals for its representation of lead arrangers and bookrunners in syndicated debt financings.
With more than 70 syndicated finance and asset based lending lawyers in its core offices, McGuireWoods continues to expand its representation of financial institutions and banking clients. In 2011, as reported by LPC, our lawyers closed 110 syndicated financings with combined commitments of over $64 billion.
The firm also ranked 24th in LPC’s 2011 U.S. Borrower Law Firm League Table with nine deals and $7.76 billion in dollar volume.
