McGuireWoods earned the award for Cross-Border Deal of the Year (Over $1 Billion) in the 16th Annual International M&A Awards. The firm was honored for representing Dominion Energy in the $14 billion sale of three natural gas distribution companies to Canadian energy leader Enbridge Inc. in 2024.
